Welcome

Figured I'd at least make a post if I'm going to open a Blogging account. I hate blogging, just figured it'd be a good idea to have somewhere to put my thoughts, and a diary will make me look like a sissy. This is here for those nights I can't get to sleep, cause I know I'm not the only one. I'm not the only person that thinks like this, that agrees with the terms of endearment set forth by that of reality, that refuses to believe that Candyland is more than a board game. Every action has it's own specific

Consequence

–noun
1. the effect, result, or outcome of something occurring earlier: The accident was the consequence of reckless driving.
2. an act or instance of following something as an effect, result, or outcome.
3. the conclusion reached by a line of reasoning; inference.
4. importance or significance: a matter of no consequence.
5. importance in rank or position; distinction: a man of great consequence in art.
6. in consequence, consequently; as a result; hence: He withdrew from the world, and in consequence was forgotten.
7. in consequence of, as a result of; on account of: A trial was held in consequence of the investigation.

I really wanted to point out that specific word, because most people label consequence with negativity, when in fact, consequence goes both ways. Consequence is not a punishment unless the perception deems it to be so. Now on that note, I would like to lead into thoughts and how they relate to actions, technically having a thought is an action.

Thought

1. the product of mental activity; that which one thinks: a body of thought.

So, by the definitions of our own language, thought has consequences. Wonder how in depth we could get there. Thought does not always lead to action. Does the lack of action constitute consequence? I do believe that NOT thinking is an action, a very passive one yes, but an action none the less. What about the small stuff? "Hmm should I scratch my arm?" *scratch*, a week later it turns into an infection because someone forgot to wash under their nails after working with raw pork. Not sure if that would cause it, just trying to use it as an example, bottom line, we don't think enough, we don't think very far ahead, if at all. The more stupidity I see, the less I regard humanity as actually being human. Could have saved an infection if only that imaginative person I made up had thought about it. What other dire consequences have we faced due to lack of thought. I'm sure if you look up negligance or even stupidity on google, you'll find archives upon archives of it. How did we get there? What happened to make the general population so, subhuman, so verminous. Where'd the big picture go? The one with all the outlines on the paper, only left to artist and crayonbox. Someone stepped in and started coloring for us, shame, I'm partial to black, regardless of it not bein an actual color.

Hell, betting this junk won't even get read, not unless I'm crying about the world or sharing my "random" adventures with frat loving idiots. No bother, this is mainly for me, would be nice for it to be read, maybe have some comment and criticism, after all, what's life without being wrong? I know I'm not special, I know you don't care, no need to point any of this out, this is not due to a lack of confidence, but more or less, a better understanding of the world as a 22 year old, it's not nice, and it's not littered with rose pedals for my delicate feet to prance upon. A lot of people call me cynical, negative, sarcastic, they're probably right. I just sleep better knowing I don't have a mask to put on in the morning.

P.S. - My grammar is terrible, feel free to correct any spelling or sentence structure mistakes.
